Analyst
Madleen is an Analyst at Open Development and Education, specializing in economics and public policy. She has extensive experience in research, service delivery, and capacity development. In her current role, she manages and tracks program milestones, advises government and NGO partners on education programming, and conducts research and data analysis to support decision-making. Before joining OpenDevEd, Madleen worked at the Ministry of Finance, starting as an intern in 2015 and advancing to Assistant Director in the Research and Delivery Division. She leverages public policy, data, research, and technology to provide customized support tailored to the unique needs of each project.
