Eunice is an academic and digital education advocate with a strong commitment to improving learning environments through innovative and sustainable technologies. She is currently an Assistant Lecturer at the College of Business Education (CBE) in Dar es Salaam and has held academic positions at Kampala International University, the University of Dar es Salaam, and the Institute of Accountancy Arusha. Her professional experience spans teaching, research, and the coordination of digital learning initiatives in higher education. She is a PhD student at the University of Dar es Salaam, pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Systems Management. Her doctoral research, titled “Leveraging IoT Systems to Assess and Reduce the Impact of Climate Change in Learning Environments,” was conducted in affiliation with Open Development & Education. The study focuses on using Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to monitor indoor environmental conditions in schools, with the goal of supporting climate resilience and improving learning outcomes in resource-constrained settings. Eunice is passionate about advancing educational equity, promoting sustainable innovation in education systems, and contributing to impactful research collaborations across the fields of digital learning, climate adaptation, and technology for development.
